Acceptable location, but room for improvement

leaking ceiling robotic staff

The location proved adequate, close to the harbor. Many bars and restaurants were within walking distance, so it was good.

The ceiling in the bathroom leaked after a shower. This was discomforting, especially given the staff treated me like a number at check-out.

the staff ensured a happy and helpful experience from arrival to departure. the room included daily servicing and cleaning. a very comfortable bed. i particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, it had many options, including asian and gluten-free choices.

the minibar in the room was empty, despite the inclusion of a $50 minibar credit.

the room featured a large king bed, not two beds pushed together. pillows were comfortable.. the room had a tea and coffee maker and also plenty of space for clothes.

onsite parking was available, made arrival and departure simple. a gym was also available on site, offering convenience for workouts. the hotel is very close to the icc and light rail station.

breakfast included a wide selection and good coffee. a restaurant is located just outside the entrance under the hotel. it offered excellent food and service.

the staff remembered my hot beverage order on the second day, displaying excellent attention. i was provided with a knife upon request. the valet parking service was also quite convenient.

spacious room separate shower perfect proximity

the superior king room was spacious!!! it had plenty of space to relax. the bathroom included both a bathtub and a separate shower, a great feature. the hotel's proximity to darling harbor made exploring simple.

The gym had limited hours. It closed a bit early for night owls.
